It has been quite some time since I made ham sandwich for Justin. Today I made small bites ham sandwich for him. He asked why the bread has no pictures. Guess I have to 'beautify' the sandwich the next time.

Today's snack consist of strawberry jam sandwich, goldfish cheese biscuits, strawberries.

Justin accidentally dropped the sandwich in the car when he was adjusting his position to sit properly. He was very sad to see the sandwich on the floor. Fortunately, I have the biscuits to cheer him up.

Nowadays I made sandwich on every Saturdays. It's the easiest and fastest food to make as snack for Justin before we go out. So far no complains from him. Today I made sugarbunnies and cats with different faces.

Bento #80

Made J sandwich before we left for his enrichment classes this morning. I made use of Thomas cookie cutter with stamp for his sandwich. I 'print' the image onto 1 bread, spread jam on another bread, place the bread with image on top and cut with the cookie cutter. I turned the cutter upsidedown and sealed the sides of the bread. My boy likes today's sandwich and happy to see Thomas 'smiling' at him when he opened up the box.

Prepared this for J as he has classes today. I hope I'll always have time to make something for him every now and then provided I can wake up early before the children are awake.

Made use of a bread cutter which helps to cut, seal the filing and gives features to the sandwich. I spreaded strawberry jam and used bunny bread cutter to cut out the breads.

Bento #66

Prepared something light and simple for J this morning. He has art class every Saturday, so made him this sandwich to eat on the way to the class.

I used the Tomica Car sandwich marker for the 2nd time to make sandwich. The first time decoration was a failure, couldnt get the details at all. It's not perfect this time but much better than the 1st time. I spread strawberry jam for the sandwhich and used milo as decoration for the details.

Sandwich for the Zoo & New Sandwich Maker

We are going to zoo this morning, so I decided to wake up early this morning to prepare snack for J, ZY and RY after the visit. I bought these sandwich maker from Kai Kai at Chinatown Point yesterday, wanted to make use of the new gadget for the children.

I used the Mickey and Minnie sandwich maker to have cheese sandwich for J and ZY and Mickey strawberry jam sandwich for RY.

I tried using the Tomica Car sandwich maker but the end result turns out not nice. I couldn't sprinkle milo nicely onto the sandwich to get the nice design as shown in the packaging.

Bento #61

I made used of the sandwich maker which I got from Taiwan recently to prepare today's breakfast. I can't make the sandwich looks neat at the side, don't know if the bread is a bit small for the maker.

Fragrant pear, papaya and jam with multigrain bread
I used the spork so it's easier to eat the papaya. The papaya are too ripe and is a bit mashy. Panda bears food picks for the pears.

I packed the breakfast in this 2 tier lunch box for J. His favourite character is Thomas.
