Bento #20

Today's snack consist of pizza and strawberries. I stir fry the yellow capsicum and fresh button mushroom till cooked. Spread ready-to-eat pizza sauce on to frozen pizza crust, sprinkle a layer of morzella cheese and cheddar cheese, layered with cooked capsicum and mushroom and finally sprinkle more cheeses. Baked till the cheese melted, cut into smaller pieces. I only packed in 3 pieces of pizza for J, which seemed just nice for him. I used the new cinnamonroll bento box for today's snack, got this lunch box from Sanrio in Hokkaido.

Pizza

I just made a small pizza, packing it for today's snack after J's class. I got Sunshine brand frozen pizza crust from NTUC, it's comes in a pack of 2. The size is nice for 1 adult. I packed half of the pizza for J and myself. I'll also be packing homemade yogurt with cheerios (not in the pic) like last week. I'll be bring yogurt with cheerios out often as I always have the yogurt ready in the fridge.

The pizza has fresh button mushroom and yellow capsicum (I cook them with margarine 1st) and top it with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
