Starry Meal

Hubby's colleague invited us for a tennis game and dinner. As the tennis game is near J's dinner, so I packed this for him.
Farm animal pasta mixed with powdered cheese and a bit of fresh milk, star hard boiled egg and star carrots.

I used a smiley face furoshiki (cloth napkin) to wrap the bento and cutlery.

Keroppi Plate

Saw this plate from a shop in OUB Center, Trendy Hub. It has some cute stuff in the shop. It's a bento style plate, J didnt have such plate, so I decided to get one for him. I also got a matching spoon to go with the plate.

Pooh Bear Cutters

I have a set of Hello Kitty cutters, like it so much that I bought the Pooh Bear cutters too. I used the cutters on bread this morning.

I got a set of Hello Kitty rice mold set some time ago, today tried to use to make the rice for J.

Hello Kitty Fishcake

J & ZY met up to go for a class party today. So I made lunch for ourselves with some of the new food I got over the weekend. I saw supermarket sell sweet beancurd skin for sushi, so got a pack to try out to see if J likes it. I saw Hello Kitty fishcake in Takashimaya cold storage so got a pack to make the food interesting. I used bear and star shape cutters to cut the carrots.
Since ZY & J likes quail eggs, i decided to include into today's bento for them. Both boxes consist the same food. The 1st sushi consist of crab sticks, rice and decorate with bear & star carrot as topping. The 2nd sushi consist of carrots, rice and Hello Kitty fishcake. I used beancurd skin for both sushi. I pack the remaining carrots and quail eggs in the silicon cups.
This is the adults' bento. Both boxes consist the same food. The sushi consist of rosemary chicken and I decorated the sushi with Hello Kitty fishcake. I marinated the chicken with rosemary herbs and all purpose seasoning, and pan fry with margarine. The herbs can easily found in supermarkets.

Farm Animals Pasta

I saw this cute packaging pasta and cant resist not buying to try. It's farm animals shaped and made from rice & corn. The colorful pasta makes it looks pretty on plate.

After Class Snack

I prepared snacks for myself n J. J starting his new class today, the class will end near his dinner time. So prepared this snack for both of us to eat before we go home.

I packed mixed veg and tomato flavour biscuits, quail eggs and grapes. I decorated the quail eggs with seaweed using a face nori puncher I got in the Hello Kitty rice mold set.

Not in pic: I also packed a damp hand towel for J to clean his hands after eating.
